Democrats like to point out that Hillary Clinton had 3 million more popular votes than President Donald Trump; and according to my Democratic friends she should be the sitting president.
In the FCS championship football game between North Dakota State University and James Madison University, JMU had four more first downs than NDSU, 132 more passing yards, 12 more total yards and possessed the football 3:26 longer then NDSU, yet lost the game. Why is that? Because we go by the score as in which team scored the most points, much like the president is elected by the number of Electoral College votes not popular votes.
The United States is a republic, not a democracy. Every time you bring up the fact that Clinton had 3 million more votes than Trump you expose the fact that you don't know how things work. Most of you are college educated, so how is this so hard for you to understand?
If JMU fans protested that they actually won the game because of the above you'd think that was absurd. Trump won, Hillary lost, deal with it.
