Super Bowl LIV may still be a week away, but the NFL has fans covered this weekend with the 2020 Pro Bowl on Sunday, Jan. 26. No players from San Francisco 49ers or Kansas City Chiefs will be on display from Camping World Stadium down in Orlando, Florida, but the Pro Bowl is still the NFL's annual all-star game.
While it may be a glorified exhibition game, the Pro Bowl features some of the best players the NFL has to offer along with some pairings you won't see during the regular season due to the AFC vs. NFC format. There's more than pride and bragging rights on the line as well. Win or lose, participants will get paid for their time spent in Orlando this week with the winning team taking home a nice check considering the circumstances.
So if you're wondering, "What football games are on today?" know this: There is one scheduled for today, Sunday, Jan. 26.
2020 Pro Bowl: NFC vs. AFC
3 p.m. ET on ESPN (simulcast on ABC and Disney XD) — Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Fla.
Why You Should Watch: Fans will have to wait another week to watch Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, George Kittle, Nick Bosa, Richard Sherman, and any other Chief or 49er play in Super Bowl LIV, but there will still be plenty of star power at this year's Pro Bowl. The AFC is led by MVP favorite Lamar Jackson, and while his Baltimore Ravens are well represented (league-high 13 selections) in Orlando, this also is a chance to watch Jackson throw to the likes of DeAndre Hopkins and Keenan Allen, among others, instead. And this may be just a glorified exhibition game, but that doesn't mean there isn't any pride on the line. The AFC has won the past three Pro Bowls, including last year's 26-7 victory. In that game, the AFC outgained the NFC by a whopping 268 yards (416-148) as Mahomes took home MVP honors. The teams combined for five interceptions.
This year's Pro Bowl also will look a little different as the NFL will experiment with two new rule changes, one of them being an alternative to the onside kick. There no kickoffs in the Pro Bowl, but this year teams will have two options to consider after scoring.

This is the fourth straight year the Pro Bowl has been hosted in Orlando since relocating from Hawaii, and the AFC is 3-0 in the game's new home. Overall, the AFC holds a slim 24-22 advantage over the NFC thanks to its current three-game winning streak.
