This is the time of year when a transfer rush hits in college football.
Typically, spring practice is winding down and depth charts are coming into focus. In other words, in late April the writing begins to show up on the wall. This isn’t your typical spring though. A nation in lockdown has thrown all of the spring clarity out the window.
