DURHAM, N.C. – There are still many unknowns pertaining to the current landscape of college athletics, including the upcoming football season, as we all continue to battle COVID-19.

Hopefully, we will all be together again soon cheering on the Blue Devils at Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium.

We are nearing our deadline (Monday, May 11) to renew Duke football season tickets. Renewal protocols are outlined below:

• Due to the uncertainty of Duke's campus mail system in the upcoming months, fans are asked not to pay for tickets by mailing a check. They are encouraged to renew their seats over the phone by calling their representative (919-681-BLUE [2583]), or online via their account page on GoDuke.com 

In accordance with government and university guidelines we politely ask that you do not come by the Duke Ticket Office in person to renew your season tickets.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should any portion of the 2020 Duke football schedule be cancelled due to COVID-19, ticket holders who purchased tickets through the Duke Athletics Ticket Office will be offered a refund for the value of the ticket to the cancelled game(s). 

Dependent on the number of games cancelled, season ticket holders would receive a prorated or full refund. All ticket holders will be contacted by the Duke Athletics Ticket Office regarding the cancelled event(s), or regarding any changes or additions to this policy. 

As always, Duke Athletics appreciates our fans continued support and want to remain a resource for them. We encourage season ticket holders to directly contact their representative with any further questions.
