Well, Coach Brohm went ahead and dipped his hand into the Junior College that produced seasons 3 and 4 of Last Chance U, getting a large human being to come to Purdue from Independence Community College.
Prince James Boyd Jr., once a Syracuse Commit, before taking the unbeaten path, will have four years to produce at Purdue. Prince started his playing career at Central Connecticut, is a couple years removed from High School already. To get a player that has 4 years of eligibility it his age, ability and strength is absolutely massive.
Boyd was once a Texas State commit, but when Coach Hagen offered him yesterday afternoon, he could not say no.
Playing Power 5 Football is a dream come true for Prince, the 2018 High School Graduate is already a grown man and will only get better with time at Purdue.
