Auburn football recruiting targets show out at Atlanta Under Armour Camp - Fly War Eagle

The third offseason camp of the Under Armour All-American series was hosted in Atlanta this past weekend, and several Auburn football recruiting targets showed off their skills on the field. Over 200 athletes participated in drills and testing, but several key prospects for the Tigers stood out as top performers.

On the offensive side of things, Auburn quarterback commit Holden Geriner showed off his powerful arm and throwing accuracy. According to 247Sports, Geriner is shaping up to be one of Georgia’s top quarterbacks:

The Savannah (Ga.) Benedictine Military School signal caller spun a tight spiral and was accurate throwing on the move. He also was able to cut the ball through the wind and connect on some deep shots when most of his peers were struggling to stretch the field.

Auburn football target Quinshon Judkins hit the field in Atlanta as well, demonstrating his ability to create space in one on ones and attack the ball. The Pike Road, AL running back has impressed for two straight weekends in a non-padded setting, per Andrew Ivins, though he’s working to improve upon his stiffness. Auburn, Florida, and Penn State are all going hard for Judkins.

On the defensive side of things, DB Emory Floyd showed off his speed. The three-star defensive back from Powder Springs, GA exceeded expectations according to 247Sports:

(Floyd) ended up exceeding expectations as he didn’t surrender a catch during the 25-minute period reserved for 1-on-1s. Floyd is still very raw from a technical standpoint, but his foot speed allows him to quickly mask mistakes as he can get from Point A to Point B in a blink.

Auburn faces heavy recruiting competition with Georgia, Florida, and Notre Dame in the mix, and Floyd has set his announcement date for May 7.

Also in attendance to the Atlanta Under Armour Camp was Auburn football head coach Bryan Harsin–but not for recruiting purposes. Harsin and his wife were present in the stands to watch their ninth-grade son, Davis Harsin, participate in the camp as a 2024 quarterback.

Interestingly enough, the camp was an opportunity for Harsin to watch his son play, but also to see some potential future Auburn football talent putting in the work. Several of the most impressive athletes at the Under Armour camp are being heavily recruited by Auburn and would elevate the recruiting classes of 2022 and 2023.
