Elon, N.C. – Season tickets for the 2021 Elon football season are now on sale. Preparation continues for 100 percent capacity inside Rhodes Stadium this fall with all relevant safety measures and all government and university protocols in place.
Elon will be one of the more experienced teams in college football this fall, returning 20-of-22 starters, including all 11 on offense, from the spring campaign. As well, starting quarterback Davis Cheek, who missed the spring season, returns after leading the Phoenix to the NCAA Playoffs in 2017 and 2018.
"We are looking forward to having our fans back in their seats this fall," Elon head coach Tony Trisciani said. "The schedule will challenge our team, but our guys are ready to meet that challenge head-on. With so many veterans, the leadership in our program will be critical to our success and we are excited for our fans to be able to see the season unfold in Rhodes Stadium."
Season tickets provide Elon fans with the best value, benefits and seats. As a season ticket holder, fans are guaranteed the same seat for all five home games at the lowest price possible, along with email updates, season ticket member entrance lines and more.
Elon hosts Wofford to open the season on Sept. 4 in one of the most anticipated games in recent history. Not only will old conference rivals meet on the gridiron for the first time since the 2018 FCS playoffs, but Elon will also celebrate the 20th anniversary of on-campus football in Rhodes Stadium. The graduating class of 2020 will be celebrated as well with commencement taking place Sept. 3-5 on campus.
Elon will host four CAA Football conference games, including Family Weekend on Sept. 25 vs. William & Mary, New Hampshire on Oct. 23, Homecoming on Nov. 6 vs. Villanova and Senior Day vs. Rhode Island on Nov. 20. The Villanova game will also serve as Hall of Fame Weekend and a special celebration of the Elon Football 1980 and 1981 NAIA National Championship teams.
Flex plans and single-game tickets will be announced at a later date as the season approaches. Keep up with all the information on Elon football at ElonPhoenix.com. The Elon football team opens fall camp on August 5.
